With plenty of models to choose from, our compressors have been presented in 1/3 HP to 25 HP. Our compressors have their usages in various areas and industries. High Speed Refrigeration Compressors

Crankcase: Manufactured with close grain graded cast iron under strict quality control. Precision machined on multi axis CNC horizontal and vertical boring machines ensuring Accurate alignment and perfectly round honed bores to fine tolerance of 5 microns.

Crankshaft: SG lron as per lS standards of High Tensile Exceptionally Wear Resistant. Accurately machined, Hardened, ground bearing surface. Dynamically balanced to minimise vibration and smooth operation.

Connecting Rods: Forged Aluminium as per lS standards. Accurately machined, diamond tooled and perfectly aligned bores for extra fine finishing and accuracy.

Pistons, Gudgeon Pins and Piston Rings: Aluminium alloy pistons with optimized design for low power consumption and oil-free compression. Gudgeon Pins of case-hardened alloy steel and Chromium-plaled piston rings for low frictional losses and long service life.

Main Bearings & Thrust Washers:
Precision made bimetallic bushes and crankshaft thrust washers, accurately fitted for maximum working life- easily replaceable.

Crankshaft Oil Seal: Flexible Multi - spring precision seal, continuously lubricated and cooled by a pressurized oil stream resulting in excellent stability and insignificant thermal load - replaceable without dismounting the compressor.

Lubrication System: Pressure oil lubrication by means of Crankshaft-driven gear type pump, draws oil from the sump via fine mesh strainer and magnetic plug, this being easily removable for cleaning. Results in low oil-migration and positive lubrication to all bearings, wear sudaces and the shaft seal chamber - Ensures long life of the compressor.

Value Plate:
Highly efficient and extremely robust value plate design, manufactured in -house with hardened, tempered and lapped Flapper steel value reeds for best performance at high compression ratios, minimum power consumption and quiet operation.

Compressor Tests:
Every compressor is exposed to rigorous running tests, volumetric efficiency tests as per standards.

Finish on Compressors:
Chemically degreased three coats of paint applied- two anti-rust undercoats and a final finishing paint coat.
